Representation

All FPEA members have the right to representation at any meeting they might reasonably assume could result in punishment, and/or any meeting the administration agrees to include union representation. Each member may choose any representative from the association to accompany them.

If you don't know the reason for meeting with an evaluator you may request details per your Weingarten Rights. You may also reschedule a meeting if you cannot find union representation right away.

Your building reps are your first line to representation. Please use this chart to understand which issues are for them and which issues are for your union executive Board.
